StVO not valid anymore
One can only see what he or she wants to see
Sovereign Citizen/ Freeman/ Reichsbürger know for sure that laws don't apply anymore. They are invalid for a special reason they found out and need to tell you. While I was cycling along a street one of these guys took my right of way. We met again at the next traffic light and he started a discussion German traffic law Straßenverkehrsordnung (StVO, lit. street traffic law) is not valid anymore. I looked up his arguments afterwards and found out he mixed up StVO and StVZO. The latter was a regulation how cars in general are to be applied to public streets in general. This includes technical guidelines as well as license plates or insurance. Not yet translated.
